The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between August 26 and 29:

Anthony Michael Stott, aged 42, of Brook Street, Wordsley, was fined £600 for drink driving, without insurance, in Brierley Hill on July 20. When tested he had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Michael Joseph Andrew Holland, aged 25, of Banner Street, Halesowen, was given a 16 week community order for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on July 3 and a taser stun gun, concealed as a torch, in Stourbridge on July 4. He was given a 16 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Thomas Josh Williams, aged 22, of Elmwood Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a samurai sword in Kingswinford on June 19. He must carry out 40 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Christopher Sidney Fereday, aged 63, of Cradley Park Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £200 for harassing a woman in Netherton between September 1, 2013 and July 18, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ako Salim Omar Zada, aged 26, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for three months for driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on August 6. He was disqualified from driving for three months and must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Lee Andrew Gordon Costin, aged 25, of Peak Drive, Lower Gornal, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for harassing a woman in Cradley between July 20 and 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Paul Green, aged 50, of Amblecote Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a woman in Dudley on April 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £400 court costs.

Neil Willis, aged 31, of Viewfield Crescent, Sedgley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on July 24. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jodie Whyte, aged 29, of Highgate Road, Holly Hall, was discharged conditionally for six months for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Brierley Hill on August 16. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £50 court costs.

Paul Arthur Heathcock, aged 56, of High Street, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for causing £1,000 worth of damage to a police vehicle in Brierley Hill on April 16 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on August 13, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £500 and £60 court costs.

Daniel Paul Pearson, aged 18, of Thornhill Road, Quarry Bank, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Stourbridge, on August 15. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Kathleen Ashworth, aged 57, of Hill Street, Quarry Bank, was fined £150 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on July 8. When tested she had 166mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.
