AN inquest into the fatal choking of Halesowen businesswoman Vicki Hancox today concluded her death was accidental.
The 45-year-old, of Hunnington Crescent, collapsed in the Flute restaurant during an evening out on November 16.and never regained consciousness despite frantic efforts to revive her.
She died on Saturday November 22 in Russells Hall Hospital’s critical care unit.
The inquest at Smethwick was told a post mortem examination confirmed she died from choking.
Her funeral will be held at Halesowen Parish Church of St John the Baptist on Thursday December 11 at 11am.
