A TEENAGER was taken to hospital following a suspected hit-and-run near Kidderminster.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the non-stop collision in Wolverley, which happened on Tuesday between 7.30am and 8am.
The teenage girl was walking along the footpath adjacent to the B4190 between Kidderminster and Wolverley, where Wolverley Road becomes France Road, when she was involved in the collision.
She was taken to Kidderminster Hospital for treatment for minor injuries.
A police spokesperson said: “The vehicle involved is described as a white hatchback. The driver did not stop and was last seen driving towards the Three Crowns and Sugarloaf pub.
“We are appealing for the driver to come forward and for any witnesses to contact us immediately.”
Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident 0386 of 24 February 2015.
