999 emergency number out of action through BT technical issues
TECHNICAL problems with BT yesterday evening meant there were problems with people getting through to the 999 emergency number.
BT says the issue has now been resolved.
Those also trying to get through to West Mercia Police's 101 service were asked to contact them online while the technical problem was dealt with.
