A MAN breached a restraining order by texting his ex-girlfriend and turning up at her house, a court heard.
Shane Condon, of Goldthorn Road, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to harassing Caroline Hamilton on July 13 by breaching a restraining order which was made by Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 6 when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 30.
However, once the 23-year-old arrived at the address, he is alleged to have assaulted the woman. He denied this charge.
District Judge Nigel Cadbury adjourned the sentencing of the harassment case until the outcome of a trial for the assault has been determined.
Condon was granted conditional bail to attend the court for a trial on November 27.
