ONE of the region’s largest law firms has finalised a deal that has seen its head office relocate to Brierley Hill’s Waterfront.

Waldrons Solicitors, which was founded in the town, is in its 150th year is now operating from Capstan House.

The move has seen Waldrons invest in 12,000 sq. ft of office space to accommodate its lawyers and support staff, as well as installing state of the art seminar, training and conference rooms.

While already offering a portfolio of legal services including property, family law, private client services, clinical negligence, telecoms and commercial law, the move also allows the firm to continue its expansion plans and to deliver a wider range of services.

John Roberts, managing director, said: “This is an exciting time for Waldrons. Our firm has grown steadily over recent years and in response to that growth and the feedback we have received from our clients, we decided early in 2016 to relocate to larger and more premises with ease of access for our clients.

“We have deep roots in the Black Country and our substantial client base in the area was the clearest indication that our head office should remain in Brierley Hill.”

He added: “The Waterfront is a prominent office development in the area and we see it as the perfect location to continue offering an unrivalled service to the people of the Black Country.”
