RESIDENTS and staff at Regents Court Care Home dressed up as elves to raise money for a charity close to their hearts.
Elf Day, organised by the Alzheimer's Society, aimed to raise awareness of those living with dementia at Christmas.
On Friday, December 9, elderly residents and workers at the Stourbridge Road home sported stripy leggings, Christmas hats and bells to contribute to the cause.
The team raised £100 for the Alzheimer's Society, which will go towards transforming the lives of dementia sufferers and their families, and fund vital work to help find a cure.
Regents Court manager Becky Dallimore said: "It was great to see the staff get so involved in this event and creating a magical atmosphere for the residents, really capturing the true spirit of Christmas by being together, eating, drinking and being merry.”
