I am standing for the Green Party, standing up for Herefordshire, and standing up for what matters: a fairer society and a greener future.

We need an MP who listens to local people and cares about their lives.

Bill Wiggin has completely failed to stick up for Herefordshire.

He has voted repeatedly to slash the council’s budget, resulting in devastating cuts to vital services, including libraries and road maintenance.

And despite being paid £75,000 as an MP, he also works as Managing Director of a Bermuda-based finance company.

As your MP, I will work full-time for the people of North Herefordshire.

I believe everyone deserves a decent job and a warm house; not the stagnant wages and fuel poverty we have now.

Our children deserve investment in education, not further Conservative cuts.

Young and old deserve good social care and public transport.

I will bring energy and commitment to the role, working hard to give Britain a positive future.

That means proper investment in local services, strong environmental protection, a thriving and sustainable economy that works for everyone, and political reform so that everyone’s voice is heard.

Brexit will be tricky, but we should use this opportunity to rethink the government’s role in supporting agriculture to benefit people here while protecting nature too.

And we have to tackle climate change, including shifting much faster to clean energy.

We need to stop the Conservatives taking North Herefordshire voters for granted. Stand up for what matters on June 8, and vote Green!
