AN offender dived head first through an upstairs bedroom window and was shot with a Taser in mid-air, during a botched robbery in Hollywood.
The incident, which could have come straight out of a blockbuster from the other Hollywood, happened last week.
Two unknown offenders used a lock snapping tool to break into a property on Cherry Walk, just after 12am on June 20.
The homeowners had left the outer porch door open.
Police were called and entered the property hearing a noise upstairs.
One of the offenders was in the main bedroom and when he saw the officers he dived head first through the window smashing through both panes of glass.
While in mid-air he was shot with a Taser by the officers.
He fell onto the flat roof below then jumped down breaking next door's fence.
Somehow, the hardy crook was able to get up and managed to run off along with the other offender.
A police spokesman said: "The offender who was flying through the air wouldn't have had a full jolt from the taser, as he was falling the barbs would have most likely come out."
He added that blood was left at the scene and they were going through DNA looking for hits.
