THE main road linking Malvern and Leigh Sinton had to be closed following a crash involving a lorry and a Land Rover.
Emergency services were called to the scene after the incident happened at about 1.45pm at Lower Interfields, a notorious accident black spot.
Local resident David Barrie, who has campaigned for several years to have the road made safer, was in his garden when it happened.
He said: "I didn't see it but I heard it, and I thought 'Here we go again'.
"The lorry had been coming from the Malvern direction, and I don't know exactly what happened, but someone said the other vehicle turned into it somehow."
Two police cars, two fire engines and an ambulance attended the scene, but no one was injured.
Mr Barrie said that since autumn 2014, there have been at least 15 crashes on this stretch of road.
