ILLEGAL cigarettes have been seized from a Hereford shop.
Supersam in Eign Street was searched on July 23 by Herefordshire Trading Standards and West Mercia Police.
A Herefordshire Council spokesman said the search uncovered evidence for the sale of illegal non-duty paid cigarettes, including a seizure of illegal cigarettes found on the premises.
The spokesman added: "An arrest was made, and a decision as to whether court proceedings will follow will be made at a later date."
