A 21-year-old Pershore man will stand trial in January after pleading not guilty today to sexually assaulting a woman and also physically assaulting her and two men in Cheltenham.
At Gloucester Crown Court, Leslie Smith, of Duffledown View, Pershore, denied sexually touching a woman on June 25.
He also denied assaulting her and Jack Barnes by beating on the same date - and a common assault on Millie Tupper.
The court heard he had elected crown court trial rather than by magistrates.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC told Smith that his trial, expected to last four days, will begin on January 22. He bailed him until then.
