Is this a wind up?

AFTER reading H Wood's remarks on baby signs in rear car windows I feel sure this must be a wind up.

We all know that parents put this in the rear window in the hope that it will keep inconsiderate motorists from driving too close to the rear of their car or overtake too closely - in other words take care.

If this is not a wind up then I think H Wood's remarks are infantile and as long as these parents are happy they probably care not that he has no interest.
