DAVID Caunt, Andrew Sparke, leaders of the council - both of you haven't got the guts to come out with honest simple answers as to where this money has come from to build this state of the art civic centre.

Well I will give you the answers. You are cheating day-to-day services, alleyways, roadways, under benches in the town centre where there are weeds as big as shrubs. Perhaps our clever town leaders want us, Dudley, to be famous for our large weeds along with our filthy toilets and back streets? Weeds, state of the arts.

The councillors and senior management in Dudley, let me give you a reminder - your feet are for dancing, not your heads, and it's high time you people had the last waltz.
