WHILE visiting Dudley recently I couldn't help noticing how rubbish-strewn the town seems.
During my visit there was a special collection of green waste by the council, which one hopes would go for composting.
It was educational to watch whilst the bin men emptying the plastic sacks of green waste into the bin lorry and then threw the empty plastic bags back onto the pavement, to be blown about all over the place.
Yet another example of Dudley Council's half-hearted approach to the environs of Dudley.
No wonder it's such a tip when the council allows this sort of example.
