No need to rejoice yet

I DON'T see any cause for rejoicing over the low car parking fees at Russells Hall Hospital.

They are still too high - 50p for an unlimited period would be quite enough (there should be no charge at all).

People do not go to these places for pleasure - in fact just the opposite.

It is very traumatic to have to visit these places and even at 50p a car a good profit would be made.

It would be different if the money were going to the hospital.
