Mosque inquiry is a good thing

I THINK we should have this public inquiry into the mosque plans so everybody can have a say.

Personally, I will object as the mosque would be built in the wrong place and it's far too big.

It will not blend in with the surrounding buildings.

I went to a meeting on this last year in Dudley and they said the dome of the mosque would be either bright gold or bright green, like the mosque in Old Hill. This would not blend in at all.

There would be traffic congestion as the underground car parking would not be enough for the size of the building.

Worshippers would come from miles away to pray there.

Dudley is an historic town and is far too small for a huge project like this - and the people of Dudley don't want this.
