Nursery should close
WITH regard to the closure of Windmill Neighbourhood Nursery (Dudley News, February 28), it seems there is somebody on Dudley Council with common sense.
They were right to stop more taxpayers' money being wasted on a business that was clearly not viable.
We would prefer the council to provide essential services.
If parents work, then they should pay the going rate to whoever looks after their children, otherwise do the job themselves.
How many extras can taxpayers' keep paying for?
