Whichever benighted planning officer originally gave planning permission for Cavendish House must have had a grudge against Dudley. For several decades now it has stood against the skyline like a monstrous deformed stunted black lump visible for miles around and likened by some the George Orwell's Ministry of Truth.
It must be totally demolished and replaced by buildings that are far more appealing to the eye that enhance the Dudley skyline rather than deface it.
