A STOPPAGE time equaliser from Ryan Spittle secured a well-deserved point for Team Dudley against Wryley.

Wryley made Dudley battle for their point after Theodore Brown opened the scoring on 10 minutes when a miss-placed pass in defence was pounced on and his shot well despatched.

Matt Simmons had already had his shot go too high after good work from Blackham and Patterson in the fifth minute.

After the goal, as Dudley looked to impose themselves on the game, a clumsy challenge on Nathan Jones meant he would play no further part in the game and had to be replaced by James Ward.

On 30 minutes, a Simmons corner saw Myles Nettleford head wide, this was followed by three good saves from Wryley keeper Josh Bowker to deny Nettleford, Ward and Hill.

Dudley came out second half to play arguably some of their best football of the season. They created no less than ten good chances.

Just when all seemed lost, Dudley's Ward forced a corner deep into stoppage time. Simmons whipped it in and sub Ryan Spittle stooped to conquer to force his header past a despairing Bowker.
