DUDLEY Sports boss Tony Gore says he is considering making an official complaint after two of his players left for Pelsall Villa.

Sports have been rocked by the news that forward Dean Williams and midfielder Mitchell Clarke have moved on.

Both players have featured heavily in what has been an impressive first half of the season.

Gore says that no notice was put in for the move and that it now leaves Dudley in a difficult position.

"I feel like they have both been poached away," he said. "I am seriously considering putting a complaint into the Staffordshire FA about what has happened.

"These rules are in place so that this doesn't happen. It has left a sour taste."

Sports have brought in left sided midfielder Grant Esp to help alleviate the selection problem.

Even though Dudley lost 4-1 away to Highgate in the Worcestershire Senior Urn last week, they bounced back by claiming another three league points when beating Wolverhampton Casuals 2-1 on Saturday.

Late strikes from Luke Clarke and Jonathan Letford secured the victory.

They were set to face Ellesmere at home in the last 16 of the league cup last night before preparing to take on Wellington at Hillcrest Avenue this Saturday.

"Even though the goals came late against Wolverhampton Casuals, I think we were good value for the win after dominating possession," added Gore.

"It was pleasing to get the win and we can hopefully follow that up with similar performances in the next two games."
