DUDLEY Sports are closing in on their aim of finishing in the top ten this season.
Sports have given themselves a great chance of completing their goal after last week's 5-2 away win against Wolverhampton Sporting Community.
A brace from Jonathan Letford and strikes from Dan Douse, Matt Perry and Liam Williams handed them all three points to lift themselves into ninth place in the West Midlands Premier.
Manager Tony Gore's men didn't have a game last weekend but were set to face neighbours Gornal Athletic at Hillcrest Avenue last night.
They will then travel to take on Bilston Town Community this Saturday.
Gore said: "We still have some tough games coming up in the run-in, but we have given ourselves a chance.
"It has been a good season for us and we have been working to improve the squad throughout. We are pleased with how things are going.
"We are now looking forward to the final few games of the season and our aim is to take something from each one. If we do that then we will have a great chance of finishing in the top ten."
The manager also said he has a fully fit squad to choose from apart from the long-term absence of Oliver Staten.
