CRADLEY are targeting a place in the next round of the National League Knockout Cup when they host Buxton tonight (7.30pm).

The aggregate scores are tied after the Motor Market Heathens battled to earn a 44-44 draw away to the Hitmen in the first leg last month.

The Heathens will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent home record as they go in search of sixth straight win at Monmore in 2016.

Team manager Will Pottinger hands a debut to new signing Layne Cupitt who is looking to make a good first impression from the reserve berths.

"To come to a club like Cradley is huge for me," said Cupitt.

“This is a great chance for me to get things back on track and hopefully I can help the team get some good results for the rest of the season.

"Buxton have got a few injuries at the minute so we’ll be looking to use that to our advantage.

“I know I can beat some of their riders so hopefully that’s the way things will turn out and I can have a good first meeting.”

The Heathens will operate rider replacement for Jack Kingston once again while squad member Bradley Andrews will line-up at number eight.

Buxton are led by former British Under-19 Champion Oliver Greenwood while former Heathen Ellis Perks guests for the Hitmen in their main body also.
