STOURBRIDGE Running Club’s Tom Isherwood continued his fine run of form, taking first place at the Severn Valley 5k and setting a new course record of 18.21.

Adrian Phillips ran the 10k course in 51.35.

Tom also ran well at the Midweek 12k at Redditch, finishing in 3rd place in 47.32. Adam Harris finished in 56.31, Rob Woodward 57.56, Mark Lawton 58.56, Kevin Burke 59.30, Keith Spokes 60.58, Sebastian Nicolas 61.30, Adrian Phillips 62.04, Joan Clarke was first Female O/60 in 63.21, John Coyne 64.54, Phil Elwell 69.17 & Paul Bradley 69.51.

Stourbridge had three runners at the Cotswold Half Ironman. This involved a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run. Mike Anslow clocked 33.29 swim, 1.17.35 bike, 1.43 run – total 4.57.22.

Tim Lloydlangston clocked 30.17 swim, 3.12.36 bike, 2.11.06 run – total 5.59.48.

James Bellamy clocked 46.28 swim, 3.20.20 bike, 1.50.16 run – total 6.07.40.

At the Forest of Dean Olympic Triathlon Tim Bailey swam 1500m in 27.11, biked 44k in 1.34.47 and ran 10k in 56.09 with a total time of 3.04.28.
