TIVIDALE boss Dave King says he's working hard to help his side recapture their pre-festive form.

Second-from-bottom side Tivi had been showing signs of a big revival before the new year but have just lost the last three.

King said: "We do know we need to start getting points on the board, especially from our home games.

"It's hard to put my finger on why our form has dropped off a little because everything is going well and everyone is training just as hard.

"We have had a few games called off so maybe that hasn't helped us because it has been very stop-start.

"The last few performances have been out of character for us but everyone is determined to put that right. We know what is required of us."

Tivi were again frustrated by the weather last weekend when their game against Highgate United was postponed.

They will look to get back to winning ways this Saturday when they host Rocester (3pm kick-off).

Goalkeeper Luke Kriskinians returns after two weeks away but striker Dan Smith and defender Freddie Watts will both miss the clash.

King added: "Chris Bladen or Charlie Wilson could replace Smith and we also have cover at the back as well, so hopefully we'll deal with those who are missing. It is also good to have Luke Kriskinians back.

"Freddie Watts will be missed because he and Harvey Walker are both 17 and have done really well for us."
