AN excellent two days of sunny tennis was enjoyed at Stourbridge Lawn Tennis and Squash Club last weekend when the main, junior and veterans tournaments came to their climax.

Racketball, squash and fitness demonstrations were also held as part of the open day on the Saturday, and a BBQ on the terrace on both days was a big success.

Dee Smith won the Ladies Singles beating Ellie Taylor in two sets. Dee has been invited to represent GB in the over 60’s Ladies team in Orlando later this year. A big well done to Dee. We are very proud of her achievement.
