STOURBRIDGE were sent crashing out of the FA Cup following a 5-0 thrashing from National League leaders Macclesfield.
The Glassboys went 2-0 down within the opening 12 minutes and never recovered from that setback.
Danny Whitehead fired Macclesfield in front on nine minutes and Tyrone Marsh added a second three minutes later following another piece of clinical finishing.
Stourbridge tried to hit back and Macclesfield had to survive a couple of goalmouth scares as the ball fell unkindly for both Jordan Archer and then Aaron Forde.
But the game was effectively over on the stroke of half time when Elliott Durrell struck a third Macclesfield goal.
Stourbridge started the second half quite brightly and looked to have had a strong penalty appeal turned down when Macclesfield full back David Fitzpatrick appeared to bring down Matt Dodd inside the area, but referee Karl Evans ruled the foul took place outside.
Stourbridge went 4-0 down when Koby Arthur converted on 69 minutes before Scott Burgess completed the misery with a spectacular fifth goal on the 80 minute mark.
