DUDLEY featherweight Dean Anderson extended the 100 per cent start to his career - but only after a bruising battle in Birmingham.
Anderson, 23, found himself involved in a war against debutant Welshman, Chuck Jones, at the Holiday Inn in Birmingham.
After six tough two minute rounds, referee Terry Connor awarded the fight to Anderson by just one point, 58-57.
It was certainly a more testing encounter for Anderson than his first outing in the paid ranks last month when he stopped Adam Hutchinson in the fourth round at Aston Wood Golf Club.
Anderson is now being lined-up to have the third fight of his career in February.
