Halesowen Town manager Morell Maison believes victories in their last four league games will be enough to see them crowned champions after he watched his team pick up brilliant back-to-back Easter victories.

The Yeltz moved two points clear at the top of the BGB Premier Division table and also guaranteed themselves a play-off berth following a 2-0 win at home to Brackley on Saturday and a tremendous 3-0 triumph away at promotion rivals Team Bath on Monday.

The manager is happier being the chased rather than the chaser and believes the pressure is now on Team Bath and Kings Lynn as the three clubs enter the final straight in the title run-in.

Maison said: "It was a wonderful weekend for us and I don't think our rivals would have expected us to pick up six points from those two fixtures.

"It's a really nice feeling to be sitting top of the table and I really think if we can win our remaining four fixtures we will claim the title.

"The pressure is now on our rivals to win every game because they will look at the run we have been on and will be probably thinking they need to keep picking up victories to stay in touch with us."

Maison's focus is now on Saturday's trip to Corby Town (3pm kick-off) and he is hopeful of having two extra striking options at his disposal.

Long-term absentee Zema Abbey is expected to be back in contention after recovering from injury.

Meanwhile,the boss is hopeful of having 19-year-old Reading Academy striker Tom Piotrowski on board.

The young Premiership hot shot is set to come to the Grove on loan for the rest of the campaign.

The top-flight starlet is rated very highly by staff at the Madjeski Stadium and was recommended to Maison by his goalkeeping coach Colin Barnes.
