Starlets set to look the part
Dudley Kingswinford's Girls rugby team will certainly the look part after they were kitted-out in a new kit.
The female section were handed their new attire courtesy of sponsors Waldrons Solictors.
Delighted team coach, Anne Keen, said: "Girls rugby is still in its infancy but is becoming more popular and within the near future the youth section will hopefully running at least two girls teams in different age groups and playing matches with other rugby clubs.
"We can look forward to producing more top quality rugby players such as Sara Guest England international scrum-half who played at DK as a young girl.
"This gives the girls a sense of pride knowing that they have their very own home grown hero.
"We are making an appeal for more girls to join us and be the future stars of England ladies rugby."
The club provide the opportunity for kids of all age ranges from U7s upwards to learn rugby skills taught by fully qualified RFU coaches and anyone interested is encouraged to go training at Heathbrook on Sunday mornings.
