Calypso cricket preparation
Romsley and Hunnington Cricket Club will ready for the new season better than most after returning from a dream pre-season tour of Barbados.
Despite losing all three clashes against Wanderers CC, Welches CC and Melbourne CC during their 10-day stay, the club took a lot of positives from the journey
The team now hope the tour will stand them in good stead for their crack at Worcestershire County League Division Two after gaining promotion last year.
Squad member, Dan Morgan, said: "The tour proved to be a great success both on and off the pitch.
"It was ideal preparation for our Division Two campaign."
With the help of sponsors Apollo 2000 the club will be fielding a third team for the first team as well as entering U13s and U14s junior teams in competitions.
