PENSNETT United claimed a place in the final of the Dudley and Cradley Heath Sunday League's Joe Stanton Memorial Trophy with a 6-3 away win against Halesowen Members.

Joe Lawley opened the scoring for Pensnett with Alex Perry getting a second before the break.

Lawley got his second of the game before Halesowen scored twice with goals from Scott Robertson and Kurtis Pritchard. Pensnett then increased their lead with goals from Chris Bayliss, Dale Whitehouse and a second for Alex Perry before Lewis Jones scored a late goal for Halesowen.

Pensnett will be joined in the final by Lloyds after they beat Britannia 7-2 at home.

In a tight first half, it was Lloyds who broke the deadlock against the Premier team with a goal from Jason Wellings.

Lloyds then went 5-0 up thanks to two second half goals from Jason Witts and others from Lee Witts and Ashley Rollinson.

Matt Morris pulled a goal back for Britannia but this was quickly replied to with a goal from Rhys Harper. Ben Perry made it seven for Lloyds before Matt Morris got his second for Britannia.

In group one of the John Higham Memorial Trophy, Malt Dudley beat Willenhall Three Crowns 6-1 away.

Malt took control of this game and scored four first half goals without reply.

The second half was a little tighter but Malt always looked in control.

King William beat Forest Falcons 9-0.

Premier outfit King William took control of the game from the start against their first division opposition. Jason Parkes scored a first half hat trick to make it 3-0 at the break.

They then hit another six goals in the second period.

In the Premier Division, Bush Athletic beat Dudley Borough United 7-0 away from home.

In a fairly one-sided first half, Bush Athletic scored three early goals to put Dudley on the back foot.

Four Lee Chilton goals and other strikes from Andy Cole, Steven Coates and Nathan Anderson wrapped up the win.

Coseley Tavern claimed a 6-1 win against Hadcroft Rovers in Division One.

Barley Mow Wanderers lost by the same scoreline against Bunch.

Defensive errors cost Barley Mow this game. Marcus Albert opened the scoring for Bunch before hitting his second soon after. Craig Hall scored Bunch’s third when he headed in a corner. The goal of the game was scored by Ryan White who hit a screamer to give the keeper no chance.

Marcus Albert completed his hat-trick in the second half before Ben Edwards made it six. Barley Mow's Ollie Monk grabbed a consolation before the end.

The Dudley and Cradley Heath League is looking for extra clubs for next season.
