RYAN Howard hit two as Halas Hawks under-16s beat Hasbury Rangers 5-2.

Halas Ladies took advantage of an under strength Warwick University team to earn a much needed victory, in difficult conditions.
Warwick held firm for the opening 20 minutes, before Halas made their possession count, going into the break 3-0 up.
Halas continued to apply pressure in the second half, scoring a further nine goals without reply.
Kirsty Houston and Olivia Emerson grabbed a hat trick each, with Hannah Bennett, Katie Monk and Lydia Bradley each securing a brace.
Louise Franklin, Vicky Warren and Gaby Walley held firm at the back, putting in sound defensive performances.
