STOURBRIDGE Glassboys U11s started 2008 in great style as they put in a five-star performance to see off Halesowen Harriers.
Man of the match Aston Ryecroft notched twice in the 5-2 win with Reece Croghan (2) and Ruben Charlesworth also getting on the scoresheet.
The U13s won 4-2 against Forest Falcons East.
Man of the match James Baxter was a hat-trick hero with Ethan Perkins completing the scoring.
The U10s won 3-0 against West Hagley South.
Dan Moore continued his fine run of form with all three goals with man of the match going to Jack McDonnell.
The U8s East beat Penn Colts North 4-2 with goals from Bartek Kaczmarek (2), Edward Hill and Joshua Worrall, man of the match was awarded to Jack Taylor.
The U8s South trounced Phoenix Youth 8-1, Joe Scott (4), Josh Benson (3) and Mason Birch were on target for the league leaders.
The U8s West drew 4-4 with Penn Colts East.
George Watkins (2), Richard Avery and Michael Ly scored the goals and Nyle Green was given man of the match.
The U13s West lost 3-0 against Trysull Tigers.
Brierley Hill Bullets.
The U9s went down 7-1 to Kewford Eagles North.
Dean Hackett netted a consolation goal while Rhys James picked up the man of the match award.
The U9s West were 3-1 winners over Dudley Sports Juniors West thanks to goals from Shea Price-Smith, Max Weaver and man of the match Jake Pritchard.
The U10s East drew 1-1 with West Hagley North courtesy of a Corey Barnes strike.
The U11s North won 10-3 at home to Brandhall Colts.
On the scoresheet were Niall Clarke (3), Callum Reed (3), Liam Jones (2), Liam Smith and Rhys Boswell.
The U11s West went down 5-4 to Penn Colts.
On the scoresheet were Sanjay Garcha (2), Jack Nethercott and Jacob Nicholls.
The U12s East picked up a memorable cup victory against PRD United 3-1.
Harry Darby, Jack Parkes and James Clarke scored the all-important goals.
The U13s East went down 3-1 to Woodsetton Wolves.
Daniel Scriven notched a consolation goal while Jack Checketts picked up the man of the match award.
The U14s East were 3-1 winners against Halas Hawks.
On the scoresheet were Connor Skinkys, Peter Bate and Jack Barratt with James Hanson picking up the man of the match award.
The U15s North were 5-0 winners against Duncan Edwards Juniors.
Amongst the goals were Matthew Postin (2), Mitchell Webb, Ben Middleton and Lee Aston.
The U16s went down 7-4 in an entertaining clash with Withymoor Colts West.
Goals were scored by Edvis Pashaj, man of the match Gareth Jones, Joshua Steventon and Juxhine Demiri.
Halas Hawks.
The U9s East had a tough game against Solihull Saints but came out 3-0 winners with Dan Cartwright, Cain Smith and Jordan Staten netting.
Man of the match went to James Meek for some safe handling between the sticks.
The U9s Dynamos had a comfortable 7-0 win over Kingswinford. Goals came from Constance Scofield (2), Thomas Chatwin (2), Alex Gardener, Lewis Sidebottom and Lewis Taylor.
Man of the match went to Thomas Widnall.
The first game after the New Year break saw a slow start against Penn Colts for the U9s West. However two well-taken goals from Jamie Theodosi in the first half and a stunning free kick from Matt Jones sealed a 3-0 win.
The U10s entertained Forest Falcons winning with the only goal of the game scored by James Harper on his debut.
The U11s East beat Warley Borough 2-1 with goals from a stunning free kick by Jon Rizzo and a cool finish from Josh March.
Man of the match went to Ben Wyatt for an energetic and enthusiastic display.
The U12s met Duncan Edwards and both teams put on a fantastic game of football with neither team deserving to lose, so a 2-2 was a fitting result. Jack Davis and Joe Ward were on the scoresheet.
In a closely fought match, the U13s lost 2-1 to Sedgley Scorpions with Guy Millward hitting the net.
Girls league The ever-improving U10s West were thrilled to score their first goals of the season when they held Tipton to a 2-2 draw. It was an excellent team performance with goals from Louise Edgerton and Lauren Smith.
Abigail Gennard scored both U10s goals in their 2-0 win over Gornal.
The U11s had a convincing 4-1 victory against Netherton. Hannah Sharkey scored a fantastic first goal.
Not to be outdone, Beth Sharkey followed up with a well-struck shot following a corner to make it 2-0.
Amy Blakemore added two more.
The U12s lost 4-0 to Withymoor.
Player of the match was Rebecca Ingram.
Lack of match practice took its toll on the U14s when they went down 3-2 to Kewford. Goals came from Katie Wilkes and Stephanie Wem.
The U16s defeated Kingswinford 5-1. Kirsty Houston, Lydia Bradley, Gaby Walley, Sophie Shaw and Catherine Barrett were on the scoresheet.
Oldswinford Youth.
The U10s went down 5-2 against Kingswinford AFC West.
Man of the match Daniel Sanders netted twice.
The U11s were 8-4 winners over Trysull Tigers West.
Goals were scored by man of the match Alex Round, Todd Hickman, Calvin Campbell, Durrell Baggott (2) and Matthew Didehvar(3).
The U11s West were 5-4 winners over Gornal Colts South.
Goals were scored by Ryan Law (2), man of the match Aidan Price,Richard Wells and Brett Jones.
The U15s went down 4-1 to Grazebrook Gunners.
The consolation goal was scored by Jake Hill with Liam Duncan picking up the man of the match award.
Black Country Rangers.
The U10s produced a fine second half comeback to pick up a 4-1 win away Coseley Town Goals were scored by Ruben Dell, Jack Lee, Parez Bromfield and Daniel Hickman with the man of the match award going to Matthew Bright.
Netherton Colts.
The U8s West went down 5-3 to Warstones.
Consolation goals were scored by Keanu Griffiths, Joshua Ballard and Zac Calder.
Man of the match was awarded to George Grove.
