Max Clegg with a great ride to take the win!

He saw off the attention of Wilson who took second. Steve Worrell just missed out on second with a close finish.

Perry wins it for Cradley!

Stoke's Payne puts in a good performance to take second spot.

Heathen now boasting a 30 point lead after another impressive all-round display.


Heat 13:

Captain Starke leads home Steve Worrell to give Cradley a maximum.

Stoke couldn't live the the star men there.

Heat 12:

Max Clegg wins again!

Stoke's Hopwood took second.
Clegg's time was 58.32

Heat 11:

Worrell takes it from Wilson after coming out on top after a good battle up front.

Perry retired due to mechanical trouble and Widman took third place.

Worrell's winning time was 58.28.

Ben Wilson has decided to take a tactical ride in the next heat for Stoke.


Heat 10:

Another dominant ride from Cradley as Starke takes first.

Williamson takes the second spot for another five points.

Stoke's Payne crashed out so Hopwood takes third.

Heat 9:

Clegg leads Greaves to the line for another maximum as the Heathens turn the screw.

Greaves survived a scare on the penultimate lap but managed to stay on despite a slight loss of control to take second place.

Williamson leads home fellow Heathen Phillips to give the home side a 1-2!

They are moving right away now.

Steve Worrell does it again!

Stoke's Hopwood takes second place.

Worrell's time was 57.69.

Heat 6:

Starke wins it!

He is followed in by Armstrong who takes four points from the heat.

A great pass on the last bend by Matt Williamson means the points are shared from that encounter.

His time was 58.24

Stoke's Armstrong takes a tactical ride in heat six.


Heat 5

Brilliant racing from the Heathens!

Nathan Greaves takes it for the home side and Max Clegg overcomes his handicap to take a hard fought second to bag the maximum!
His time was 59.68

Heat 5:

Max Clegg breaks the tape at the start of heat 5 and will be taking a 15 metre handicap.


Heat 4:

Worrall takes it in some style.

Armstrong follows him home for Stoke.

Phillips takes the final point after Kirby retired on the final lap with mechanical trouble.

His time was the fastest of the night at 56.91

Clegg takes it ahead of Stoke's Hopwood.

Heat 2:

Tom Perry bags first place in front of team mate Danny Phillips!

His time was 59.55

Heat 1:

Starke gets the job done for Cradley.

After he got to the front there was no stopping him and he saved the heat for the home side.

His time was 57.02

Heat 1:

Good action is brought to a halt when Williamson and Widman crash out on the first bend on lap two. Both riders are okay but Williamson is deemed to have cause the stoppage and will be out of the re-run.


Stoke win the toss and choose to race from gates 1 and 3.


Cradley's Paul Starke (c) and Matt Williamson will race in the first heat of the night against Stoke's Ben Wilson and Chris Widman.


Ahead of tonight's meeting, Cradley boss Will Pottinger said: "They (Stoke) have got a much changed team compared to last year and have started this season in good form, so we’ll have to be at our best if we are to get the maximum three National League points on offer.”
