DUDLEY Kingswinford are facing three crucial away trips as they look to maintain their Midlands One West promotion push.

They go to Melbourne this Saturday before heading for Moseley Oak and Rugby Lions.

They don't return to Heathbrook until they host Stoke on April 14. It will be their first home game for 11 weeks following the postponement of last Saturday game against Lutterworth due to the heavy snowfall.

Director of rugby Neil Shillingford is keen to get back into action.

He said: "The next three away games are going to be key but the same can be said of any match at this stage of the season.

"We've just got to get on with it now and get back to chasing those bonus points.

"Melbourne will be a tough test for us though. We got a good result against them at our place but I thought they were a well-drilled outfit and were just going through that learning process about this league.

"Their results recently have shown how they have improved and we definitely won't be taking them lightly."

DK have no new injury issues but they will be without absent number eight Pete Griffiths for the next two weeks.

They still trail leaders Burton by a point but have played a game more. They are, however, 11 points ahead of Bromsgrove and will look to consolidate the play-off spot with another success on the road this weekend.

The postponed Lutterworth clash has now been moved to the last game of the season on May 5.
