Pedmore keep up pressure

PEDMORE kept the pressure on Worcestershire League division one leaders Pershore with an emphatic eight-wicket win over visitors Droitwich Spa.

They bowled the visitors out for just 75, Chris Bourne taking 3-4 in just 3.3 overs and Asif Iqbal 3-28.

Pedmore lost just two wickets in reply, Dave Skelding being unbeaten on 36 and Paul Pickering 16.

They are at home to third from bottom Redditch on Saturday.
