WARRIORS

7 Pennell – Didn’t put a foot wrong and was his usual reliable self under the high ball. Organised the back line well.

7 Heem – no hat-trick this week but it was his brilliant break through the centre that led to Worcester’s fourth try.

6 Willison – was in the thick of things from the start playing for more than half the game with a bandaged head.

7 Mills – grabbed the final try and put in a series of big hits to keep Tigers at bay. Good all-round performance.

8 ADAMS – scored two first half tries the second of which was a brilliant solo effort that saw him waltz and side-step his way to the line. Just about edged the man of the match.

6 Lance – a little too hasty to kick possession away at times but some of his kicking was exceptional.

7 Hougaard – at the heart of most of Worcester’s good attacking play his pass selection was top drawer.

7 Waller – excellent scrummaging from the entire front row and Waller proved his worth in defence too. .

7 Singleton – another good display from the all-action hooker to capped a fine performance with a well-worked try.

7 Schonert – outstanding defensive unit who also starred in the scrum. It was his yellow card that allowed Leicester back in.

6 O’Callaghan – below-par from the skipper who looked battered, bruised and tired. Replaced midway through the second half.

8 Spencer – huge performance from the second row who showed great energy and was central to Worcester’s defence.

6 Faosiliva – Busy performance but overshadowed by the displays of some of those around him.
