TOM Kohler-Cadmore will return to the Worcestershire side for the Specsavers County Championship Division Two clash with Sussex at Hove starting tomorrow (11am).

The former Malvern College pupil did not feature in the record-breaking home win over Northamptonshire and the loss to leaders Essex after registering a pair against Glamorgan at New Road.

But the 22-year-old scored a century last week for the seconds against Middlesex at Kidderminster.

He has accumulated 552 Championship runs this summer at an average of 32.47.

Kohler-Cadmore will be hoping that history repeats itself in the battle of the two sides relegated from Division One last season.

He was recalled to the team for the final two games of 2015 after Alex Gidman broke a finger in fielding practice and scored 89 at Durham and 130 not out against visiting Middlesex.

Kohler-Cadmore takes over from Ross Whiteley in the middle order and the other change sees paceman Charlie Morris replace Jack Shantry.

Brett D'Oliveira has recovered from the knock on his hand which meant he could only bowl four deliveries at Chelmsford.

Moeen Ali is being rested after his England exertions this summer and is not available for the final two Championship matches of the season ahead of next month's tour of Bangladesh.

Director of cricket Steve Rhodes is looking for Worcestershire to end the campaign on a high note.

He said: "We are looking for two wins. We finished the season relatively strongly last year with two good performances against Durham and Middlesex.

"We also are very respectful of the opposition and Sussex are a side that have done well of late and have got a strong squad there.

"Chris Jordan will probably be back from England duty and he is a terrific cricketer and so we need to be at our best to beat them and produce our A game over the four days down there.

"We are just going to play our best team. We've got two games to win for Worcestershire and there is a lot of pride to play for.

"We want 48 points out of these last two games and we will do that by carrying on giving experience to our good young players.

"They are going to be better and better each year and the more they play, the better it is."
