WORCESTERSHIRE duo Ben Cox and Tom Kohler-Cadmore made it a day to remember for some of the County's 2017 members.

Wicketkeeper Cox and batsman Kohler-Cadmore took to the streets and personally delivered new 2017 membership packs to a host of Worcestershire supporters.

Members were surprised and delighted to receive a call from the talented duo who took time out from preparing for the new season which is only just over a month away.

The pair were more than happy to hand over the membership packs but also to chat about the up and coming campaign and the County's prospects.

But there was a welcome bonus for the members who received a knock on the door from Cox and Kohler-Cadmore.

In addition to the membership packs, members received a Worcestershire replica shirt and had their pictures taken the County aces.

One member said: "It was great to receive my membership from two of the players. I think it was a great initiative by the club.

"Ben and Tom were happy to chat about the new season and they came across as two really nice lads. Well done to Worcestershire for such a move."

Cox will fly out with the squad for the pre-season camp in Abu Dhabi tomorrow and then join up with the MCC at the same venue for the four-day match against Champion County Middlesex.

Kohler-Cadmore is remaining at New Road and recuperating after undergoing surgery on his dislocated shoulder.
