GLAMORGAN enjoyed a much better session after lunch as David Lloyd and the tail-enders gained a batting point before they were all out for 207.
Lukas Carey and Michael Hogan then took a wicket apiece in the space of eight balls with visitors Worcestershire losing both openers Daryl Mitchell and Brett D'Oliveira for ducks.
Resuming at 105-8 after lunch Carey helped Lloyd add 68 in only 8.3 overs with the former scoring a rapid career-best 39 from only 27 balls as Glamorgan continued their recovery.
After he was bowled by Hastings Hogan then stayed with Lloyd to add a further 33 before the latter was caught for an excellent 88 from 103 balls which included 10 fours and three sixes over the short leg-side boundary.
Bad light then stopped play but no overs were lost as the umpires called for an early tea with play restarting at 3.30pm.
