ALAN GUY Of Dudley Wood Formerly of Cradley Heath Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 9th April 2019 shortly before his 78th Birthday. Devoted Husband of Ann for 51 years, Ann was beside Alan when he passed away. Very dear Brother of Ken and Sister-in-Law Chris and a much loved Uncle to Richard and Andrew. Loved and missed by family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. The funeral service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Thursday 2nd May at 10.45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Society. Sign in to add a tributeAlan and I started working for Dixons at same time at the Dudley store back in around 1978. Later we worked together on photographic at the Merry Hill superstore until I took early retirement because of illness around 2000. Alan was a great Guy to know,quiet and unassuming, but very knowledgeable on photography in general. My wife and I are sorry we found out too late to attend the funeral. R.I.P. good friend and colleague.
