WILLIAM THOMAS PATRICK (BILL) Of Manor Abbey Road, Halesowen in his 89th year. Former Vice Principal of Hall Green Technical College and retired Consultant Surveyor at Walsall College BSc, FCIOB, PPCSI. Devoted Husband of Margaret, loving Father to Stuart and Debi and proud Grandad of Ben and Harry, died peacefully on Sunday 5th April 2020 at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
