Frederick John Maybury Sue would like to thank all relatives, friends and colleagues for their kindness and support following the sad loss of her dearest husband Fred on the 20th of June 2019 and for all the cards, floral tributes and kind donations for AMMF The Cholangiocarcinoma Charity. Your support and thoughtfulness gave her an enormous amount of comfort. It was heart warming to see so many people, especially those who travelled so far to attend. Special thanks to Reverend Katryn Leclézio for her wonderful and moving service. Sincere thanks to N.E. Downing Blackheath for all their care, support and guidance, and also to Halesowen Golf Club for their excellent work with the reception following the service.
