Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (U12147 New Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of U12147 New Road, Kidderminster, from its junction with A451 The Ringway to its junction with U12181 Pump Street in order to facilitate a large wide load delivery.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U12147 New Road, U12150 Dixon Street, U12148 Green Street and A451 The Ringway. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

2 nights (23:00hrs - 03:30hrs): Commencing: 27 March 2017.



(B4194 High Street, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the

date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that

part of B4194 High Street, Bewdley, from its junction with B4190 Load Street to its junction with U10500 Lax Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4190 Load Street, B4195 Stourport Road, A456 Stourport Road, A456 Blackstone Roundabout, B4195 Stourport Road, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195 Worcester Road, A451 Vale Road, A451 Mitten Street, A451 High Street, A451 Bridge Street, A451 Dunley Road, B4194 Ribbesford

Road, B4194 Red Hill, B4194 Lower Park and B4194 High Street.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 16 April 2017.

(U10213 Yew Tree Lane, Bewdley)(Temporary

Closure) Order 2017

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the

date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that

part of U10213 Yew Tree Lane, Bewdley, from its junction with U10215 The Lakes Road to its junction with B4190 Cleobury Road in order to facilitate new

water connection works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4190 Cleobury Road, U10201 Hope Pole Lane, U10202 Dry Mill Lane, U10215 The Lakes Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

3 days: Commencing: 19 April 2017.



(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Coningsby Drive and Beechcroft Road, Kidderminster]

On 9 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council

made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit

waiting at any time on the following lengths and

sides of roads in Kidderminster:

Coningsby Drive (west side) from its junction with

Beechcroft Road for a distance of 15 metres in a

northerly direction and 7 metres in a southerly direction. Beechcroft Road (north side) from its

junction with Coningsby Drive for a distance of 13.2

metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from its

junction with Coningsby Drive for a distance of 13.8 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of

contraventions of waiting prohibitions and

restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 30 March

2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of

Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at

Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and

County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP

during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
