Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U13211 Kinver Lane, Caunsall, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made:
to close that part of U13211 Kinver Lane, Caunsall, Kidderminster from its junction with C2128 Kinver Road to its junction with C2013 Caunsall Road in order to facilitate drainage works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2013 Caunsall Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, U1312 Austcliffe Lane, C2013 Bridge Road, C2128 Kinver Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days: Commencing 5 June 2017.

(U11516 Olive Grove, Stourport on Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U11516 Olive Grove, Stourport on Severn from its junction with U11516 Olive Grove to its junction with U11517 Olive Grove in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11517 Olive Grove, U11517 Park Grove, U11518 Park Crescent, B4195 Bewdley Road,

U11515 Olive Grove, U11516 Olive Grove and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 26 June 2017.
(A451 Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of A451 Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster from its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road to its junction with U13417 Iverley Lane in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A451 Kidderminster Road, A451 Norton Road, A451 Worcester Road, New Road, Greenfield Avenue, A491 Bath Road, A458 Enville Street, A458 Bridgnorth Road, and A448 Wolverhampton.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (19:00 - 06:00). Commencing: 28 June 2017.

(Barrow Hill Lane, Drayton, Chaddesley Corbett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made:
to close that part of Barrow Hill Lane, Drayton, Chaddesley Corbett from its junction with C2017 Drayton Road to its junction with Broome Hill in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Bourne's Green Road, Chaddesley Lane, Tanwood Lane, Woodrow Lane and C2017 Drayton Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 June 2017.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on York Street, Kidderminster]
On 18 May 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Kidderminster:
York Street (north east side) from a point 41.2 metres south east of its junction with Clensmore Street for a distance of 2.4 metres in a south easterly direction; the length of the space will be 6.6 metres.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 8 June 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Wood Street, Kidderminster]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-:
Wood Street (north east side) from a point 23 metres north west of its junction with Castle Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy ofthe draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order maybe inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY101DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sentin writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 29June 2017.

(Wyre Forest District - Stourport area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition ofWaiting on Tan Lane, Court Drive and Gibbons Crescent, Stourport]
On 18 May 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Stourport: Tan Lane (south west side) from its junction with Court Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction and 5 metres in a north westerly direction; (north east side) from its junction with Gibbons Crescent for a distance of 10.9 metres in a south easterly direction and 6.8 metres in a north westerly direction. Court Drive (south east side) from its junction with Tan Lane for a distance of 8.7 metres in a south westerly direction; (north west side) from its junction with Tan Lane for a distance of 11.5 metres in a south westerly direction. Gibbons Crescent (east side) from its junction with Tan Lane for a distance of3.9 metres in a northerly direction; (west side) from its junction with Tan Lane for adistance of12.3 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 June 2017.
