APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
The Old Bank Stourbridge Limited is applying for the variation of the Premises Licence at The Old Bank, 38 High Street, Stourbridge DY8 1DD. If granted the application will change the permitted hours to allow the Supply of Alcohol and Provision of Regulated Entertainment between the hours of 09:30-01:00 (Fri and Sat) and Late Night Refreshment (Fri and Sat 23:00-01:00)
Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section. Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrow Boat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF. Public register at www.dudley.gov.uk  Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
