Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(A442 Worcester Road (Northbound),
Kidderminster)(Temporary One Way Closure)
Order 2018
Order made: to impose a one-way traffic restriction on
A442 Worcester Road (Northbound), Kidderminster from
its junction with the A449 Hoo Brook Roundabout,
C2172 Wilden Lane, to its junction with A4420
Silverwood’s Way in a northerly direction only.
The Order has been made to facilitate maintenance
works by WCC.
Alternative route diversion for northbound only:-
A449 Chester Road South, A449 Chester Road South,
Spennels Valley Roundabout, A449 Chester Road South,
A448 Comberton Road, A448 Comberton Hill, A451 The
Ringway and A442 Worcester Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 nights – 19:30-06-00: Commencing: 15 May 2018.
(C2182 Lea Lane, Kidderminster)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2183 Lea Lane,
Kidderminster from its junction with B4189 Wolverley
Road for a distance of 883 metres in a north easterly
direction in order to facilitate carriageway investigation
works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2183 Lea Lane, B4189 Wolverley
Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, C2283 Castle Road,
C2183 Lea Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 14 May 2018.
(Park Lane, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Park Lane,
Bewdley from its junction with Snuff Mill Walk for a
distance of 30 metres in a north easterly direction in
order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Park Lane, B4190 Load Street, B4190
Welch Gate, B4190 Winbrook, Merricks Lane, Wyre Hill,
Birch Tree Road, Park Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 4 June 2018.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)
(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018
[Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Lyttleton Road,
Bewdley]
On 26 April 2018 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will create a disabled
persons’ parking place on the following length and
side of road in Bewdley:-
Lyttleton Road (north side) from a point 20 metres west
of the centre point of its junction with Cobham Crescent
for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which
provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting
prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions
to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 17 May 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of
Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre
Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar
Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall,
Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal
office hours.
The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order
or this exercise of them may be questioned by
application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the
date on which the Order was made
