Warning over used needles on short cut to Rowley Regis school
DRUG users are leaving used needles in an area used by children to get to a Rowley Regis primary school. The needles have been found in an area called The Tump, near Highfields Primary School, in Beeches Road. Local resident James Fox was horrified
