THE personal touch and dedication provided by Esther Alterations have made her a leading contender for the Best Customer Service Award.

Having decided to follow her passion and open a sewing business back in 2015, Esther has never looked back.

Based in Stourbridge, Esther now has clients from across the West Midlands.

She said: "I've been absolutely blown away to be nominated. It's an immense honour.

" It's heartwarming to know that my efforts have made a lasting impact on whoever nominated me.

"Every client has a unique story to tell but I believe it's the personal touch and dedication that I bring to each garment, especially with bridal and special occasion clothing that has brought about this recognition.

" I enjoy it so much that my craft can bring bright smiles to so many faces!

SUPPLYING the personal touch is all important to LD Training Services.

The company specialise in learning development training and have been operating in Dudley Borough since 2019.

Regional campus manager Emma Henlan said: "The personal touch that each member of the LD Training family receive really is core value! It's fantastic to think the service we have given and received has been recognised.

"We want to be as accommodating and supportive as possible to ensure that everybody has the chance to reach their full potential.

"If we were to win this award, it would make every ounce of what we do worthwhile.

Independence at Home Ltd was created by Venessa Purvin in 2019 and has never looked back.

The home care company have been supporting individuals in the Dudley area ever since.

By 2021 the company had expanded to such an extent that Venessa registered it with the Care Quality Commissioners as a domiciliary care provider which achieved registration in August 2022.

They also stage several charity events which included an afternoon tea at their office which raised £320 for cancer awareness.

Vanessa said: "I feel privileged to be nominated for this award and I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to nominate me.

"I wouldn't be able to do it without our amazing carer and staff who battled on through the pandemic to provide a constant source of care and support to all our clients.”
